We are experts in filling sedimenting gels and master all the technical challenges that come with it. Automated adjustment of dosing volumes is part of our everyday operations, as is developing strategies to prevent gel sedimentation during micro-stops. Our technologies keep liquids continuously in motion to ensure homogeneous dosing. Rotary lobe pumps can be adjusted manually or fully automatically. A special measurement process checks the quality of your Gel-Cards during filling – reducing waste, preventing micro-stops, and speeding up batch release times. This process can even be retrofitted to existing systems, saving space and eliminating the need for a dedicated sedimentation buffer. Quick product changes are achieved with plug-and-play filling trolleys, which allow for seamless transitions between different gels or cavity numbers. The filling line design ensures bubble-free operation, consistent gel concentration, and minimizes dead volume. 

Choose from "One-Stroke" (compact & precise), "Offline" (separate cutting and sealing), or "Precut" (using pre-cut lids).

Whether front or back – we label your Gel-Cards exactly as you wish. We offer inline labeling and printing, and our label sort-out system ensures the highest product quality. Camera-based inspections verify the readability, code accuracy, and correct placement of labels. Serialization is available upon request, and defective products are safely ejected and collected.

Some of our customers prefer using a sedimentation buffer instead of inline gel concentration measurement. This allows the gel to settle for a set period, enabling visual inspection of the gel beads' proportion to the total gel volume. Sedimentation times – typically between 6 and 10 minutes – are flexible and set by you.

Gel concentration before and after filling, seal quality, Gel-Card condition, potential scratches or foreign particles in the gel, and the readability and placement of labels – we leave nothing to chance when it comes to quality. Various sensors and camera-based systems ensure precise control, and upon request, we can link inspection results to the serial number of the Gel-Card for thorough root cause analysis.

Whether pre-formed plastic or cardboard trays, your Gel-Card packaging is always customized. Depending on the application, we offer technologies that use side or top loaders to efficiently insert trays into outer packaging.
