Technical Customer Service
What you can achieve
- Process customer requests regarding technical machine errors, spare parts, service interventions and retrofits with a proactive approach.
- Create quotes in ERP environment for spare parts, service interventions and retrofits.
- Make technical clarifications within the group companies and external suppliers.
- Coordinate and take responsibility for the execution of smaller retrofit and machine upgrades.
- Provide technical assistance in developing customized preventive maintenance concepts and service agreements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process and further development of the service desk.
Why you will succeed
- Basic technical education with further education in automation, electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in technical hotline for machinery and equipment.
- Proactive and customer centric behavior.
- Social skills as a team player.
- Proficiency in MS office products, ERP and CRM.
- Business fluent English, all other languages especially German are a plus.
